Liana stores the phone numbers of people who sign up or join a connected chat, the medication plan you enter, and the messages and photos sent in chats Liana has been added to, so that it can confirm doses, keep a timeline, and answer questions. Photos are analyzed by an AI model to check pills and read measurements.
We do not sell this information. We use third-party providers to send text messages (Twilio), to deliver WhatsApp messages (Meta), and to run the AI model (Anthropic). Each receives only what is needed to provide its service.
You can ask us to delete everything connected to your phone number at any time by messaging Liana "delete my data" or emailing hello@lianahealth.com.
